Sonic Automotive choses NETSOL to develop next-gen digital retail platform

NETSOL Technologies, Inc. has announced that it has been chosen by Sonic Automotive, Inc. to lead a discovery engagement aimed at defining the requirements and roadmap for a next-generation omnichannel digital retail platform.

According to NETSOL, the project will focus on leveraging its Transcend Retail platform to create a scalable architecture intended to enhance customer experience and streamline dealer operations. The initiative will primarily support Sonic Automotive’s EchoPark Automotive division, which specialises in the used car market.

The discovery phase will involve collaboration between NETSOL’s Transcend Retail team and Sonic Automotive stakeholders to develop a future-state blueprint for the platform. The effort will evaluate opportunities to integrate workflows, improve system connectivity, and support a more unified retail experience.
