Shire Leasing named one of UK’s best workplaces in financial services

Shire Leasing PLC has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ 2025, following the release of the annual list by Great Place To Work® UK.

The recognition is based on feedback collected through Great Place To Work®’s Trust Index© employee survey, which measures factors such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, fulfilment, psychological safety, and financial security. The evaluation also considers how consistently employees experience these factors across different teams and levels of seniority.

Employees at Shire highlighted autonomy in their roles and a family-friendly culture as key reasons why they view the company as a great place to work.

Sector-wide analysis by Great Place To Work® found that 74% of employees at the organisations featured on this year’s list said, “This is a fun place to work,” compared with 57% at a typical company in the sector.
