Resilient welcomes Angelique Marais as Senior Operations Coordinator

Resilient Management Solutions, a specialist executive search and talent acquisition consultancy focused on the asset, auto, equipment finance and leasing sector, has appointed Angelique Marais as Operations Coordinator.

Angelique Marais joins from a Business Management role, where she oversaw HR, payroll administration and wider business operations inside a talent acquisition practice.

At Resilient, she will support the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, working closely with the search team to keep processes efficient and ensure clients and candidates receive a consistently high standard of service across their UK, Europe and US activity.
