Pulse Finance promotes Sarah Parfett to HR Manager

The appointment comes as Pulse Finance prepares for further growth, following a period of challenging trading conditions for many UK businesses. The company said it remains focused on supporting its operations as it scales.

Parfett has been with Pulse Finance for more than three years and has been involved in the development of the company’s HR function during a period of growth. Before joining the business, she spent 14 years working in human resources across a range of companies and sectors, with experience spanning both operational and strategic HR roles.

In her new role, Parfett will oversee the HR department at Pulse Finance, with responsibility for both day-to-day HR operations and longer-term workforce planning, including employee development, engagement and organisational culture.
