Launched towards the end of last year, the initiative aims to enhance the company’s capabilities in a market shaped by rapid change in IT consumption and investment models. The UK team is led by Jordan Lisle, whose background spans senior commercial finance roles at global organisations including BMW, HP, Apple, Microsoft, and TD Synnex. During his time at TD Synnex, Lisle played a key role in the creation and rollout of the company’s Tech-as-a-Service programme. Lisle later moved into direct sales at InnoVent Leasing, working with UK corporates on IT investment planning, before joining SHI International, where he oversaw the expansion of customer financing across Europe. Speaking about his appointment, Lisle said: “I am delighted to have joined PEAC at such a pivotal time. The business has a strong reputation for being proactive, efficient, and easy to work with, qualities that are highly valued in the IT Channel. I look forward to expanding our presence in this space and helping to differentiate PEAC through innovation and customer-centric solutions.” Alexia Mann, Divisional Director at PEAC, added: “Jordan’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to the technology financing landscape and we’re delighted to have him on board. “We look forward to growing our offering and delivering added value for our partners and customers in the years to come.” Jordan Lisle is joined by Paul Fletcher, who brings extensive experience in partner engagement and business development. Fletcher will focus on strengthening PEAC’s relationships within the IT Channel and supporting partners with financing options aligned to customer needs. According to PEAC, the Technology Channel team will focus on several priorities: Developing and executing the company’s technology financing strategy Increasing market understanding of financing models across the IT Channel Driving adoption of solutions for software, hardware, and services Supporting partners with flexible and sustainable payment structures The move comes as businesses across Europe seek more adaptable and cost-effective ways to finance technology. With demand rising for subscription-based models, lifecycle services, and flexible payment options, PEAC’s leadership sees an opportunity to broaden its offering in this area. The company has also expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of topi, a German technology financing provider, with plans to introduce its services to the UK. The introduction of the Technology Channel team signals PEAC’s intention to strengthen its position in the technology financing market. By bringing together industry experience and an expanded portfolio of financing solutions, the company aims to support partners and customers navigating an increasingly complex technology landscape.
