One Stop Business Finance surpasses £50m loan book milestone

Yorkshire-based alternative lender One Stop Business Finance (OSBF) has reached a major milestone, growing its loan book to £50 million after another year of strong expansion.

The business, which provides flexible finance to SMEs nationwide, is now setting its sights on doubling that figure to £100m within the next two years.

The achievement comes on the back of 60% year-on-year growth, fuelled by rising demand for relationship-led lending in a market where many providers rely on rigid processes and automated decision-making.

Founded in 2014, OSBF has built its reputation on a tailored approach to asset-based lending. By working closely with introducers, including accountants, brokers and insolvency practitioners, the firm has developed a track record of treating each enquiry individually and supporting clients with bespoke solutions.

Andrew Mackenzie, Founder and Managing Director of OSBF, said: “Reaching £50m is a significant achievement, but it’s about more than the numbers.

“Every facility represents a business we’ve believed in and an ambition we’ve helped support. Our difference is simple: we take the time to listen, to understand, and to offer funding that works in the real world. That’s why we’re growing, and why we’re confident about doubling the loan book in the next two years.”

OSBF has recently invested in expanding its Business Development team across the UK and increasing its marketing presence to accelerate growth. The company continues to provide a broad range of facilities, including bridging finance, working capital loans, revolving credit and development funding, typically ranging from £100,000 to more than £5 million.
