Keyloop launches automotive retail platform in Canada

Share

Keyloop, a global automotive technology company, has announced the Canadian launch of Fusion, its new end-to-end Automotive Retail Platform (ARP). The cloud-based solution is designed to help automotive retailers manage and optimise the entire sales and aftersales journey, from first inquiry through to ownership and long-term customer retention.

Fusion integrates four key domains — Demand, Supply, Ownership, and Operate — each addressing critical dealership functions. It leverages Keyloop’s Serti dealer management system (DMS) within the Operate domain and centralises customer interactions through its Active Data Core (ADC).

The platform’s “Experience-First” approach ensures retailers can deliver seamless customer experiences while improving profitability, streamlining operations, and reducing costs. Dealers can adopt individual modules or deploy the full platform across their networks.

“Canada is a critical growth market for Keyloop, and with Fusion we have a unique opportunity to unlock value for more of our dealer customers,” said Tim Smith, Chief Strategy Officer at Keyloop.

“Fusion is more than just a technological solution – it’s a transformative approach to reshaping our industry and delivering meaningful value to all stakeholders.”

Sebastiaan Roovers, VP Sales – Americas, added that Fusion’s flexibility and scalability address the demands of today’s evolving automotive ecosystem:

“It underpins a connected, data-driven approach which fosters customer trust, revenue growth, and long-term loyalty.”

Keyloop will showcase Fusion at Fusion Live in Montreal on September 23, where dealers will experience the platform firsthand through keynote sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations. Featured speakers include Stephen Harris, Field Chief Data and AI Officer at ThoughtSpot.
