Novuna Business Finance strengthens broker sales team

Novuna Business Finance has announced a series of strategic promotions and role changes within its Broker Sales team as the lender looks to strengthen its presence in the broker market and support continued growth.

The changes are designed to enhance the team’s capability while reinforcing the company’s commitment to its broker partners across the UK.

In June 2025, Andy Bullock was promoted to Broker Sales Manager after three years with the business.

During that time, he held several key positions within the team, initially supporting major broker partners across the Midlands and the North as Regional Manager before progressing to Senior Regional Manager, where he led a team responsible for managing key broker accounts nationwide.

Since stepping into his new role, Bullock has played an important part in driving the growth of Novuna Business Finance’s commercial broker channel. His leadership has helped deliver several proactive initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships and supporting the development of both new and longstanding broker partnerships.

Bullock is supported by an experienced team that has also been strengthened through a number of internal promotions and role changes.

Nick Richards has moved from Senior Credit Manager to Senior Regional Manager. With 26 years’ experience in finance and nearly 14 years at Novuna, Richards is a familiar figure across the broker network. Over the past seven years working in Commercial Credit, he has developed a strong reputation for his collaborative approach and ability to progress complex deals. His extensive credit experience is expected to bring an added dimension to the Sales team and deliver further value for broker partners.

Shannon Fairhall has been promoted to Regional Manager after 11 years with the business. Fairhall began her career at Novuna in Operations before progressing through a variety of roles, including Broker Support, Stocking Operations, Account Management and Internal Broker Account Management. Her broad experience across multiple functions has given her a deep understanding of the business and the broker channel.

Darren Jones has also been promoted, stepping into the role of Senior Regional Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Jones has contributed significant expertise to Novuna’s broker channel over the past three years, helping to drive performance and strengthen partnerships across the network.
