Metro Bank name team for Simply Cup charity football tournament

Metro Bank have announced their football team for the 2024 Simply Cup, taking place on 11th January at Battersea Powerleague to unite the asset finance industry in raising money for Cancer Research UK.

The Metro Bank team – Scotty B’s FC – includes manager Scott Belchamber, team captains Cherrice Baffana and Chloe White, and players Kieran Billington, Glenn McQuilken, Lee Howard-Armitage, Rob Green, Luke Hadley, and Alex Wilson.

Commenting on the Simply Cup, Scotty B’s FC team captains said: “Winner’s train. Losers complain. Prepare your excuses when we take the win.”
