Leasys has successfully priced a €750 million senior unsecured bond issue under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, attracting strong demand from international investors.

The new notes, which mature in July 2030, carry a fixed coupon of 3.70% and were priced at a spread of 70 basis points over the mid-swap rate.

Issued under the company’s recently updated €10 billion EMTN Programme and listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin, the transaction marks Leasys’ seventh public bond issuance under the programme.

Investor demand proved strong throughout the offering, with the order book peaking at more than €1.85 billion from over 110 orders before closing at almost 2.5 times oversubscribed.

The strength of demand enabled Leasys to tighten pricing by 25 basis points from the initial price guidance, reflecting investor confidence in the company’s credit profile.

The latest issuance further strengthens Leasys’ funding platform and demonstrates continued access to the international debt capital markets as the company supports its growth strategy across Europe.
