Location: UK, South East Eng / Thames Valley (Hybrid), with 3 days per week in either the Bracknell or Basingstoke office.

New Leaf Search is partnering with a leading Asset Finance organisation in its search for a Syndications Executive.

This is an excellent development opportunity to join an established Syndications team, supporting the origination, assessment and execution of syndication opportunities across the UK.

Working closely with the Syndications Director, you will gain broad exposure to the buying and selling of transactions, funding partners, secondary market activity and portfolio management. The role offers a clear pathway to develop your commercial expertise and take on increasing responsibility within Syndications and Asset Finance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Syndications Director and wider team across syndication activities.
• Support the execution of syndication and secondary market purchase transactions.
• Assist in identifying and researching new funding and syndication opportunities.
• Help develop and manage relationships with funding partners and internal Sales teams.
• Support the assessment of incoming transactions and funding requirements.
• Prepare presentations, reports and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Credit and Operations teams.
• Support portfolio reviews, asset analysis and market intelligence activities.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, pipeline reporting and management information.
• Assist with strategic projects, business development initiatives and process improvements.

Person Specification:

• Some commercial understanding of pricing and returns, with good Excel capability.
• Strong numeracy and commercial judgement.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• Bright, willing to learn and keen to take on increasing responsibility.
• A genuine desire to develop a career within Syndications and Asset Finance.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
