J3663 – New Business Coordinator 18m FTC – UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search is collaborating with a leading European financial services organisation in its search for a New Business Coordinator on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established New Business function, helping to ensure approved Asset Finance transactions are correctly documented and progressed efficiently through to activation and payout.

You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, dealers, brokers and customers, checking documentation, resolving queries and ensuring transactions meet agreed credit requirements, policies and service standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collate and check new business documentation through to payout.
• Liaise with vendors, dealers and brokers to obtain accurate and valid documentation.
• Resolve documentation and transaction queries efficiently.
• Ensure transactions comply with approved credit terms and agreed commercial requirements.
• Verify deal information and ensure transactions are accurately prepared for activation and payout.
• Check and authorise supplier invoices within agreed authorities.
• Reconcile transactions before submission for payment.
• Liaise with internal Finance, Sales and Risk teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives across the New Business function.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, customer service and turnaround times.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience within Asset Finance, Leasing or a related Financial Services environment would be advantageous.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Highly numerate with good practical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confident using Word, Excel and database systems.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working under your own initiative.
• A strong team player with a flexible and conscientious approach.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
