New Leaf Search has partnered with a global IT financing organisation in its search for a Senior Account Manager.

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark preferred, although Oslo, Norway will also be considered (Remote or Hybrid).

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international technology finance organisation as a Senior Account Manager covering the Nordic region (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland).

The business is in growth mode and seeking a high-energy, commercially focused professional who can drive new business acquisition, develop strategic client relationships and expand market presence across the region. The successful candidate will combine a strong hunting mentality with excellent account management skills, helping customers and partners implement technology financing solutions while delivering revenue growth.

Working with senior decision-makers across the Nordic market, you will identify, develop and close new opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships. This role offers significant career development opportunities within a leading global financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans across the Nordic territory
  • Drive new business acquisition and growth within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver consultative technology finance and leasing solutions
  • Manage complex sales opportunities from origination through to close
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Maintain robust pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Represent the organisation across the Nordic technology finance market
  • Achieve revenue, margin and growth objectives

Candidate Profile:

  • 7–12 years’ experience within financial services, leasing or technology finance
  • Experience gained within a captive finance environment highly desirable
  • Strong direct sales and hunting mentality with a proven track record of new business generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Quick-thinking, commercially astute and customer-focused
  • Partnership-oriented team player with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex solution sales and strategic customer relationships
  • Technology finance, equipment finance or vendor finance experience advantageous
  • Fluent English plus Danish or Norwegian language skills essential

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
