Jarrett will also join Gordon Brothers’ Lending Investment Committee, where she will help guide strategic lending decisions. In her new role, Jarrett will draw on her extensive background in asset-based lending (ABL), equipment finance, structured finance and leveraged transactions to provide strategic advice and counsel across the business. She will play a key role in deepening relationships with banking and private credit partners, supporting ABL originations, and mentoring team members throughout the organisation. Jarrett brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate and investment banking to Gordon Brothers. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Head of the Asset Finance Group at Truist Securities, where she led origination, structuring and portfolio management across a wide range of secured asset classes.
