Finativ has today announced a transition within its senior leadership team, reflecting the firm’s continued evolution and strategic focus on technology and digital transformation.

Peter Hunt will be stepping down from his roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director to focus on his role with ConnectedFi. During his tenure at Finativ, Hunt has played a significant role in shaping the firm’s operational capabilities and supporting its growth.

Mike Foley, a product-focused technologist with over a decade of experience in the asset finance sector, will join the Board as a Director.

Foley brings deep expertise across the full asset finance lifecycle, from proposal to payout, with a proven track record in asset finance technology and integration, product strategy and delivery, data architecture and migration, process optimisation and automation, and legacy system transformation. His ability to translate complex business challenges into pragmatic, high-impact technical solutions makes him well placed to support Finativ’s next phase of growth.

Christian Roelofs, CEO of Finativ, said: “While Peter’s departure is a loss for the business, we fully support his decision to focus on ConnectedFi and thank him for his contribution to Finativ.

“Mike’s appointment marks a new era for Finativ, and I am excited to work with Mike and the team on building this next phase.”

Peter Hunt will remain an associate of the business to ensure continuity of support for existing clients and for selected engagements.

This leadership transition marks an important step in Finativ’s journey as it continues to enhance its capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to clients across the asset finance sector.
