A well-established, highly successful bank in South Manchester is expanding its Asset Finance collections team. We are looking for four motivated Collections Executives to join a growing department. Responsibilities:

• Manage collections processes for the Asset Finance portfolio.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding accounts.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving payment queries.
• What we are looking for:

Experience:

• Previous collections experience is essential.
• Industry: Financial services experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional phone manner.
• Background: Asset Finance experience is not required; full training is provided.
