Business Development Director – Broker Finance – Nationwide

Our client is well established and successful bank who are looking to expand their specialist Large Ticket Broker Asset Finance team. We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to establish broker relationships and secure high-value transactions nationwide.

You will focus on developing strategic partnerships with key asset finance brokers and introducers across the UK. Your primary objective is to source and secure large-ticket transactions. This involves working directly with the customer, structuring, and packaging highly complex financial deals while collaborating closely with internal credit teams.

We are looking for proven originators with a deep understanding of the UK asset finance landscape. You must have a demonstrated track record of structuring complex corporate deals and an active, ideally have knowledge of the broker market. Sharp negotiation skills and executive-level credibility are essential.
