Associate Member News Auxiga renews Carbon Neutral Britain certification Published: 9th July 2026 Share Auxiga has renewed its Carbon Neutral Britain Certification for the 2026/27 period, reaffirming its commitment to reducing carbon emissions, embedding sustainable business practices and supporting customers on their own environmental journeys. The certification recognises Auxiga’s work in measuring, calculating and offsetting its organisational carbon emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 activities, in line with internationally recognised greenhouse gas emissions standards. The renewal enables the company to maintain its certified carbon neutral status for the year ahead. As part of the certification process, Auxiga has offset 228.88 tonnes of CO₂e through verified Climate Fund™ and Woodland Fund™ carbon offsetting projects, supporting initiatives that deliver measurable environmental benefits while contributing to global sustainability objectives. The company said the certification reflects its wider sustainability strategy, which focuses on reducing emissions at source through improved operational efficiency, increased use of digital processes and environmentally responsible decision-making across the business. Operating across the vehicle logistics and asset management sector, Auxiga believes environmental responsibility is becoming an increasingly important consideration for customers seeking partners that align with their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives. Darren Gillham, Operations Director at Auxiga, said: “Achieving Carbon Neutral Britain Certification once again reflects the commitment we’ve made to operating responsibly as a business. “While we’re proud of this recognition, we know that certification is only part of the journey and our focus remains on continually reducing our environmental impact and embedding sustainability into the way Auxiga operates every day. “As a business working across the vehicle and asset management sector, we recognise the responsibility we have, not only to our customers, but also to future generations. Sustainability is an integral part of our decision-making and we’ll continue investing in initiatives that help reduce our environmental impact, while delivering the high standards of service our customers expect.” Auxiga said carbon offsetting forms one element of its environmental strategy, complementing ongoing initiatives aimed at lowering emissions across its operations rather than replacing efforts to reduce its carbon footprint directly. Looking ahead, the business said it will continue reviewing its operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and embedding sustainability throughout the organisation as it works towards a lower-carbon future. The renewed Carbon Neutral Britain Certification forms part of Auxiga’s long-term commitment to responsible business practices and supporting a more sustainable future for its customers, employees and the wider communities it serves.
