Leasys, the joint venture between Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, has appointed Andrea Bandinelli as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Bandinelli brings 25 years of experience in financial services and investor relations to the role, joining at a pivotal time for the fast-evolving mobility sector.

Bandinelli began his career at Groupe PSA – later Stellantis – working across a range of senior financial positions. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East & Africa region, CFO of Mobility, and Head of Investor Relations, giving him extensive strategic and operational experience within the global automotive and mobility ecosystem.

As CEO, Bandinelli will oversee Leasys’ pan-European operations, which include a fleet of 950,000 vehicles across 11 countries. The company provides medium- and long-term rental solutions, as well as advanced fleet management services for businesses of all sizes. Leasys was created through the merger of Leasys and Free2Move Lease, combining two major players to form a leading provider of integrated mobility services.

The company said Bandinelli’s appointment will support its ambition to accelerate profitable growth and reinforce its position as a key operator in Europe’s operational leasing market, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and customer-centric mobility solutions.

“I am honoured to take on the responsibility of leading Leasys at such an exciting moment for the mobility sector,” Bandinelli said. “Our goal is to accelerate innovation and deliver flexible, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers across Europe.”
