Alphabet appoints Graham Meeres to lead business partnership programme

Business mobility provider Alphabet (GB) has appointed Graham Meeres as its new Head of Business Partnership Programme (BPP).

The move marks a return to Alphabet for Meeres, who earlier in his career worked within the BPP channel as a regional manager following a stint as a local business development manager for MINI. Since then, he has held a series of senior roles across Alphabet’s regional management team, most recently serving as Leasing Key Account Manager for BMW Group UK. In that post, he oversaw relationships with major FN50 leasing partners, including Alphabet.

In his new position, Meeres will lead a team of six regional managers with a remit to drive performance and shape the strategic direction of the BPP network.

“I’m excited to return to the team where my journey with Alphabet began,” Meeres said. “The BPP channel is a huge part of the business and one that’s always been close to my heart since I joined the industry in 2012. I’m looking forward to supporting the team, strengthening our partnerships with BMW and MINI retailers, and helping to drive continued growth.”

Alphabet said the BPP channel continues to play a growing role in BMW Group UK’s strategy, particularly as the industry accelerates toward electric mobility and business customers remain essential to meeting the Government’s zero-emission vehicle mandate.

Richard Chadwick, Head of Indirect Sales at Alphabet (GB), welcomed Meeres’ appointment, citing his broad experience across retail, broker, and corporate channels.

“We’re delighted to welcome Graham back to Alphabet in this leadership position. His extensive experience across retail, broker, and corporate channels gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities within the BPP network,” Chadwick said.

“The channel has evolved significantly in recent years and continues to be a vital contributor to our success. Graham’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and long-standing connection with Alphabet make him the ideal person to guide the team through its next phase of growth.”
