Fleet Finance Sponsored by Fleet Finance News Allane launches new mobility benefit solution “BusinessAuto” Published: 6th May 2026 Share Allane Mobility Group has expanded its corporate offering with the launch of a new mobility benefit solution, “BusinessAuto”, designed to integrate company car leasing into employee reward packages. The new model allows employees to lease vehicles directly from Allane while receiving a monthly mobility allowance from their employer. Combined with corporate customer conditions, the scheme is positioned as a cost-effective alternative to traditional private leasing. Because the contract is arranged privately between the employee and Allane, the model also avoids company car taxation, offering additional financial advantages. Philipp Schwenke, Head of Sales Division at Allane SE, said the product is designed to meet evolving workplace expectations. “With BusinessAuto, we are creating a solution that meets both the requirements of companies and the needs of employees,” he said. “Corporate customers can strengthen their employer branding and at the same time offer concrete added value.” BusinessAuto has been designed to integrate flexibly into existing remuneration structures. Companies can offer the scheme through a mobility allowance or via salary sacrifice, where part of an employee’s gross salary is used to fund lease payments. Under the salary conversion model, employees may benefit from favourable gross-to-net cost efficiencies compared with standard private leasing arrangements. Employers enter into a framework agreement with Allane, enabling them to offer vehicles to staff while streamlining administration. Monthly payments are deducted directly from salaries, and the package includes services such as insurance, maintenance and vehicle taxes. The launch reflects growing demand for flexible mobility solutions as part of modern employee benefit packages, particularly as companies compete to attract and retain skilled workers. By managing the full process – from vehicle selection to leasing and ongoing services – Allane aims to reduce the administrative burden on employers while delivering a seamless experience for employees.
