ALL Capital appoints Adam Johnson as Senior Advisor

ALL Capital Management has appointed Adam Johnson as Senior Advisor to support the asset-based lender’s business development and expansion across the UK and international mid-market.

Johnson will work with ALL Capital’s Board to extend the firm’s market reach, develop distribution channels and support its growth strategy.

He brings more than 40 years’ experience in commercial lending across banking, specialty finance and alternative credit markets, with particular expertise in UK and cross-border asset-based lending (ABL).

His experience covers asset finance, leveraged finance and funding secured against receivables, inventory, real estate, equipment and intellectual property. He has structured funding for growth, capital expenditure, restructuring and turnaround, working capital, leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.

Johnson’s career has included roles at Barclays, Hill Samuel, Rabobank and West LB. He subsequently served as Head of Corporate Structured Finance at GE Capital UK and Head of ABL and Working Capital Solutions at Apollo, before becoming a founding partner of Vertis Capital Partners.

ALL Capital typically provides facilities of between £5 million and £20 million to mid-market and growing businesses.

Its facilities can be secured against assets including receivables, inventory, property and machinery, while the lender can also provide term loans beyond traditional ABL structures.
