Aldermore appoints Anthony Hicks as BDM in Invoice Finance team

In his new role, Hicks will work closely with intermediary partners and clients in the South of England to deliver flexible invoice finance solutions, helping businesses unlock growth and improve cashflow. His appointment reflects Aldermore’s continued investment in specialist expertise as demand for tailored funding solutions grows.

Hicks brings more than a decade of experience in the financial services sector, with a background spanning Invoice Finance, Asset Based Lending, and regional and commercial banking. He has held a number of senior leadership roles and most recently served as Director of Business Development at Metro Bank, where he focused primarily on Invoice and Asset Based Lending.

Prior to moving into financial services, Hicks worked in ship broking, giving him a broad commercial perspective and an adaptable skill set that will add further depth to Aldermore’s Invoice Finance proposition.
