AFS has announced the latest addition to its growing broker network, welcoming Dean Smith and Richard Dempsey, who will trade as NVS Asset Finance Ltd.

The new brokerage will focus on providing asset finance solutions for vehicles, equipment, plant and a range of specialist assets, operating on a national basis. Between them, Smith and Dempsey bring more than 32 years of combined industry experience, giving them strong knowledge of the sectors they serve.

NVS Asset Finance Ltd adopts a service-led approach, taking time to understand each client’s operational requirements before identifying suitable funding options. The firm aims to build long-term relationships with its customers by focusing on clarity, appropriate finance solutions and consistent communication throughout the process.

During their induction into the network, Smith and Dempsey said they chose to partner with AFS because they wanted the structure and support of an established network while maintaining independence in how they run their business.

They highlighted the importance of operating within a structured environment with defined processes, established systems and ongoing compliance guidance, while still retaining full responsibility for their commercial decisions and day-to-day activities.
