PEAC Solutions promotes Alycia Kenney Montero to SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

PEAC Solutions has promoted Alycia Kenney Montero to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, effective September 1.

In her expanded role, Kenney Montero will lead the equipment finance provider’s legal, compliance and risk litigation management functions, with responsibility for supporting its regulatory requirements and wider business objectives.

She will also lead multidisciplinary teams and act as a key liaison with regulatory agencies and PEAC’s banking partners.

Kenney Montero joined PEAC in July 2023 as Deputy General Counsel and has since been involved in developing the company’s legal and compliance functions. She has worked in the fintech sector since 2010 and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Kenney Montero will focus on strengthening PEAC’s regulatory framework, managing legal and compliance risk and working across the business to support its continued growth.
