Broker Manager – Asset Finance – Southern England

£55-70k plus car allowance, excellent bonus plan and benefits package.

Our client is a very successful asset finance provider into the UK SME sector are one of the fastest growing asset finance companies in the market who have seen substantial growth and expansion over the past few years.

They are looking to recruit a broker manager to drive the performance of a portfolio of some of the largest  existing broker relationships whilst developing the strategy to ensure they write good quality deals and build long term sustainable broker relationships.

We are looking for someone who has asset finance experience who is ideally a broker manager currently.

What is key is that the person can generate new broker introduced business and be able to put together new lending propositions to the credit team.
