Relationship Manager – Asset Finance – (Construction & Recycling) – North West or North East

Our is a major lender in the asset finance sector who have a rare opportunity to join a very successful team managing new business introductions made from either an existing client base of end users or dealers and from new clients you bring on board.

The  Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with SME customers and key industry stakeholders. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving agreed sales targets through a proactive sales approach. The role holder will work closely with the Operations Manager and administrative team to ensure seamless deal execution and a high standard of customer service.

This is a field-based role with an expectation for regular travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities as required. Excellent self-management, strategic planning and a disciplined approach to customer engagement are essential. The  Relationship Manager will develop and execute a personal contact strategy to maximise opportunities.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven background in asset finance, ideally with experience in the construction or recycling sector, however, if you have a strong background of self-generating asset finance deals from other sectors then your application could be considered.
