Zenith secures major fleet contract with Inspired Entertainment

Zenith, an independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing provider, has secured a major new contract with Inspired Entertainment.

The agreement, awarded after a competitive five-way tender process, will see Zenith take full responsibility for managing Inspired Entertainment’s 400-vehicle fleet. The scope of the contract includes contract hire for cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs), as well as accident management and rental services.

Inspired Entertainment selected Zenith based on its strong reputation for customer service, alongside a clear and forward-looking strategy for fleet transformation. A key differentiator was Zenith’s “day in the life of a driver” approach, an initiative designed to give businesses deeper insight into how drivers engage with fleet services in real-world conditions.

As part of the partnership, Zenith has already worked closely with Inspired to review and enhance its fleet strategy. This has included refining policies with more accurate in-time bandings and identifying opportunities to lower costs and reduce lead times through improved vehicle selection. The consultative approach has enabled Inspired to modernise its fleet operations and adopt a more efficient, streamlined model.

Derek Oldcorn, Procurement & Commercial Director at Inspired Entertainment, said the decision followed a comprehensive review of the company’s fleet structure.

“After a strategic review of our fleet operations, we made the decision to consolidate our previously complex, multi-supplier model into a single leasing partnership,” he said. “Following a competitive process, Zenith stood out for its comprehensive fleet management solution and clear understanding of our needs.

“This partnership allows our team to focus on strategic priorities rather than day-to-day administration. We look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship with Zenith.”

Zenith also welcomed the partnership, highlighting early positive results from its involvement.

Andy Wolff, Managing Director of Zenith’s Corporate division, said:

“Using the expertise of our in-house consultancy team, we’re already seeing stronger outcomes in areas such as vehicle choice, cost efficiency and environmental performance. It’s been a great start, and we’re excited to help Inspired get the most from their fleet for both the business and their drivers.”
