Union Leasing expands via competitor acquisition

Union Leasing, one of the leading fleet leasing and management services providers, has acquired Walser Fleet Services, a leasing and fleet management solutions company servicing commercial fleets operating nationwide.

The company said the move expands Union Leasing’s total service offering while delivering enhanced services, technology and expertise to Walser’s current customer base. It also supports its strategy to diversify its vehicle portfolio.
