Time Finance named one of the UK’s best companies to work for

Independent alternative finance provider Time Finance has been recognised as one of the UK’s top employers after securing multiple placements in the Best Companies rankings, reflecting its continued investment in workplace culture, employee development and engagement.

The business achieved five separate regional and national accolades, including a place in the top 20 Financial Services companies to work for and a strong national ranking among medium-sized businesses. Its results include:

The recognition follows a series of people-focused initiatives designed to strengthen employee experience, including learning and development programmes, investment in team engagement and a strong commitment to social value.
