Community The Leasing Foundation launches Industry Insights 2025 Published: 21st May 2025 Share The Leasing Foundation has today launched its Industry Insights 2025 programme – a cross-industry initiative focussed on retaining and developing rising talent in the business finance sector. Running for 12 months from Q4 2025, the programme is aimed at high-potential professionals in the asset finance sector and provides unique access to businesses beyond their own. The goal is to broaden perspectives, enhance career development and build lasting cross-industry networks. Participants will take part in 12 face-to-face workshops hosted by leading organisations, each lasting around three hours. These sessions offer a behind-the-scenes look at diverse businesses, insight into the career journeys of senior leaders and introductions to teams driving innovation across the sector. Alex McWilliams, co-lead of the NextGen programme at the Leasing Foundation, commented: “The feedback from our most recent cohort has been outstanding – they found the programme eye-opening, energising and invaluable for building their networks. Industry Insights gives people the chance to learn about other organisations while working for their own – and that’s a unique development opportunity. The connections and conversations sparked during these sessions have already helped participants grow their careers.” The cost of the programme is £750 for one person and £1300 for two people from the same organisation.
