Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Stellantis appoints Roberta Zerbi to network development role Published: 8th May 2026 Share Stellantis has announced the appointment of Roberta Zerbi as Head of Customer Journey Excellence and Network Development for Enlarged Europe, effective immediately. In her new role, Zerbi will report to Emanuele Cappellano while continuing to serve as CEO of the Lancia brand. Stellantis said the appointment reflects the strategic importance of customer experience and dealer network development as the group continues its transformation across the European automotive market. Zerbi brings extensive international automotive experience to the position, having held senior leadership roles across Italy, United Kingdom, France and Belgium throughout her career. Zerbi began her automotive career with Ford Motor Company in Italy in 1998, holding a range of sales and marketing positions. She later joined Toyota Motor Corporation, where she led the Toyota Rendez-Vous initiative in Paris between 2006 and 2008 before overseeing commercial operations in Eastern Europe and Russia from Brussels. Zerbi joined Fiat in 2011 and played a role in the launch of the new Panda. In subsequent years, she held several senior leadership positions including Cross-Brand Marketing Director for Fiat, Abarth, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Jeep® in Italy, Country Manager for Alfa Romeo and Jeep®, and Head of the Alfa Romeo brand across the EMEA region between 2017 and 2019. Within Stellantis, she assumed responsibility for Alfa Romeo and Lancia in Enlarged Europe in 2021 before becoming Head of Stellantis &You, the group’s direct retail network, in 2023. She has served as CEO of Lancia since September 2025. In her new position, Zerbi will oversee initiatives aimed at improving customer experience across the full ownership journey while supporting the continued development of Stellantis’ European dealer network. She will also continue leading Lancia’s relaunch strategy, following the introduction of the New Ypsilon and ahead of the planned launch of the new Lancia Gamma.
