QUALCO UK appoints Andrew Pritchard as CEO

QUALCO UK has announced that Andrew Pritchard will become Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2027, succeeding Christian Jacob, who will step down as Managing Director at the end of 2026.

Christian Jacob, who founded and has led QUALCO UK since 2012, will remain with the wider QUALCO Group in an advisory capacity until June 2027 to support the leadership transition and provide continuity for clients.

Andrew Pritchard joined QUALCO in September 2026 and is working alongside Jacob and the company’s leadership team during a four-month transition period.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in the collections and recoveries industry, having founded and led businesses and held senior positions across consultancy, technology and professional services.

During his 14 years leading QUALCO UK, Jacob has overseen the company’s development in the UK collections and recoveries market, building its team, client relationships and technology offering.

Andrew Pritchard said: “I have known and respected Christian and QUALCO UK for many years, so I am delighted to be joining the business. Christian has played an enormous role in establishing and building QUALCO UK, and I greatly value the opportunity to work alongside him during the transition.

“QUALCO UK has a strong team, excellent products and technology, and a high-quality client base. I look forward to working with our people, partners, clients and colleagues across the wider QUALCO Group to build on those foundations and support the next stage of the company’s growth.
