Propel takes every step for a cause: Miles for Charity Walk

On 18th April, colleagues from across Propel Finance will be coming together for an inspiring challenge – the first ever Propel Miles for Charity Walk. Around 50 team members will collectively walk an incredible 464 miles in a single day, mirroring the distance between Propel’s London, Manchester and Newport offices.

Taking place across three locations – the Peak District, Regent’s Park in London, and Chepstow Park – the initiative is about more than just covering miles. It’s about making a meaningful difference.

The walk will raise funds for two remarkable charities: Teens Unite Fighting Cancer, which supports young people facing cancer and life-limiting illnesses, and Cyfannol Women’s Aid, which provides vital support to women and children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

This initiative builds on the fantastic work already achieved by Propel’s Charity Committee, established in August 2025. Made up of 14 employees from across the business, the committee has driven a series of internal and external fundraising activities. To date, Propel has helped raise an impressive £23k for charities in the past 9 months but they are aiming high for the remainder of 2026 and beyond.

The upcoming charity walk represents the next step in this journey, with ambitions to raise even more for the two chosen charities.
