PEAC Solutions launches green asset finance products

Share

PEAC Solutions has officially launched its new Green Asset Finance framework, developed in collaboration with sustainability experts at the Carbon Trust. The initiative aims to provide clients with financial solutions that promote environmental responsibility and support the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The framework gives PEAC’s clients access to a wide range of green finance products designed to support investment in eligible sustainable assets. These include clean transportation options, energy-efficient machinery, recycling infrastructure, pollution control technologies, and circular economy assets.

“At PEAC, we’re committed to playing our part in tackling the environmental challenges we all face,” said Steve Bolton, Managing Director at PEAC Solutions.

“We’re proud to have collaborated with the Carbon Trust on this Green Asset Finance Framework. By funding products under the Framework, we’re financing assets that help our customers achieve their business and environmental goals with equipment that has a confirmed positive environmental impact.”

The Green Asset Finance framework has been carefully aligned with international best practices, including the EU Taxonomy, Climate Bonds Standard, and the International Capital Market Association’s (ICMA) Green Loan Principles. This ensures that PEAC’s financing activities meet rigorous environmental criteria and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development goals.

Toby Kwan, Senior Manager at the Carbon Trust, added, “The Carbon Trust was pleased to be able to support the development of PEAC’s Green Financing Framework. Green asset finance is an important factor in supporting and driving sustainable growth. This framework allows PEAC to assess its financing and mobilise capital in a way that contributes to a sustainable, environmentally responsible future.”
