Odessa appoints Vince Latchford as SVP of Delivery Management

Odessa, a provider of asset finance software, has announced the appointment of Vince Latchford as Senior Vice President of Delivery Management.

Latchford brings more than three decades of experience across enterprise software, consulting, and complex program delivery. In his new role, he will oversee delivery operations, customer success strategies, implementation execution, and platform innovation for Odessa’s customers throughout North America, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful platform deployments.

Before joining Odessa, Latchford held senior leadership roles at Conga (formerly Apttus) and Model N, where he oversaw major software delivery and client success initiatives. He previously spent more than a decade with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, developing deep expertise in enterprise delivery and strategic client management.

According to Juliano, the appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Odessa following a landmark year of customer achievements.

In the past 12 to 18 months, Odessa has completed more than a dozen successful go-lives and major platform expansions across North America, EMEA, and APAC, underscoring the growing demand for its next-generation asset finance technology.

Latchford said he sees significant opportunity to expand Odessa’s impact as an industry leader.
