Odessa appoints Mathew Abraham as CEO

Odessa has appointed Mathew Abraham as Chief Executive Officer, effective 21 September 2026, as the asset and auto finance technology provider looks to build on a period of international growth and investment.

Abraham succeeds Joe Juliano and returns to Odessa having previously served as Chief Operating Officer between 2019 and 2022. During his previous tenure, he led the company’s global delivery organisation across implementation and customer success.

Most recently, Abraham led and scaled a global business at Veeco. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at ASML, Applied Materials and Intel. He holds a PhD from Harvard University.

His appointment comes following a period of significant growth for Odessa, which has delivered more than 20 implementations across North America, Europe and APAC over the past 18 months.

The company has also continued to invest in automation, AI-powered digital experiences and the modernisation of its technology platform as asset and auto finance providers increasingly look to transform their operations.

As Odessa expands into new markets, geographies and product areas, Abraham will lead the company’s next phase of development, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence and delivering long-term value for clients.
