New Compass recruits strengthen presence in construction sector

Compass Business Finance has reinforced its commitment to the construction sector with a raft of new specialist appointments to grow the levels of support it offers the market through its asset-based finance products.

Lauren Duke, who joins as a Finance Specialist from Alpha Asset Finance, has almost seven years asset finance experience. Duke will be providing bespoke and tailored financial solutions for construction businesses purchasing new assets. 

“I enjoyed my previous role immensely, but moving to Compass offers more opportunities to progress and broaden my horizons,” said Lauren Duke.

“Compass lends its own money, as well as utilising the offerings of other lenders, to provide competitive solutions. The clincher for me was visiting the head office; the professional and friendly environment blew me away.”

Meanwhile, Hannah Starling has returned to Compass after spending time travelling and gaining wider industry experience. Starling will join the new office-based team of specialists, focusing primarily on the construction industry.

Together with Charlie MacDonald, who joined the business at the end of last year, the team will leverage Compass’s expertise to support a broader range of customers in the construction sector, ensuring they continue to offer the dedicated and relational support they are renowned for.
