Millbrook appoints Sally Chesterton as Operations Director

Millbrook Business Finance has appointed Sally Chesterton as its new Operations Director.

With over 15 years of experience in the business finance sector, Sally Chesterton joins the brokerage to lead its internal operations, systems, and service delivery.

She brings a strong track record from senior roles at Metro Bank Asset Finance, InterBay Asset Finance, and Shawbrook Bank. Most recently, she served as Sales and Operations Director at Love Finance Limited, where she oversaw a team of 80 staff across sales, administration, and compliance functions.

In her new role at Millbrook, Chesterton will play a central part in aligning the firm’s operational capabilities with its ambitious expansion plans, including a move into commercial property finance.
