Lithia UK rebrands fleet and leasing arm as Driveway Vehicle Solutions

Lithia UK has rebranded its fleet and leasing division, with Pendragon Vehicle Management officially becoming Driveway Vehicle Solutions from 2 March 2026 as the company looks to build on a year of strong growth.

The new identity aligns the business more closely with its US parent company, Lithia & Driveway, and introduces a refreshed brand including a modern blue logo. An enhanced website is also planned for launch in the second quarter of the year.

The rebrand follows what the company described as a successful year for the fleet operation, which delivered 14% growth and achieved 100% customer retention. Driveway Vehicle Solutions plans to continue that momentum by strengthening its customer-first approach, expanding its fleet offering and investing further in digital capabilities to support long-term growth.

Backed by Lithia UK’s nationwide retail network of 170 dealerships, including Evans Halshaw and Stratstone sites, the business combines more than 40 years of leasing expertise with the scale of one of the UK’s largest automotive retail groups. The model provides fleet customers with direct access to vehicle supply, test drives and servicing through the dealer network.

Under the leadership of managing director Phil Wilbraham, the fleet business has expanded rapidly, growing its managed fleet to more than 12,000 vehicles over the past 12 months.

During the same period, the company said it significantly improved its customer feedback, increasing its Trustpilot rating from 1.3 to 4.2 following a renewed focus on customer experience.

Wilbraham said the new identity reflects the next phase of the business’s development.

“Driveway Vehicle Solutions is the natural next chapter for our business. Built on experience and recognised growth, we’re combining agility with the strength of Lithia UK’s retail network to deliver smarter fleet solutions for modern businesses,” he said.

“Access to the quick stock available across our dealer network means we can pair customers with the right vehicles faster. Customer satisfaction has been particularly impressive, evidenced by a substantial increase in our order bank—68% of which last year were growth orders—and by the significant savings we have delivered for many of our customers.”

The company has also been expanding its employee benefit offering. In May 2025, Driveway Vehicle Solutions launched a salary sacrifice scheme giving businesses access to a range of vehicles for employees, supported by a new online portal. The programme has attracted clients including The Royal Mint, A.F Blakemore, AVCO and Targa Telematics, enabling more than 15,000 employees to access tax-efficient electric vehicle options.

Neil Williamson, operations president for Lithia UK, said the new brand identity positions the business for further growth.

“After months of planning, it is great to go live with this update to our leasing brand identity as Driveway Vehicle Solutions,” he said. “With a new name and look, we are in a prime position to build a brand that is recognised by both businesses and consumers, and to continue delivering against our growth plans.”
