Community AFPA/ IAA-Advisory Christmas Lunch raises over £45k Published: 17th December 2019 Share This year’s AFPA Trust, in conjunction with IAA-Advisory Christmas Lunch raised over £45k for MacMillan Cancer Support. Over 150 senior equipment finance attendees sampled food prepared by Irini Tzortzoglou, former Greek banker and winner of this year’s Masterchef, last Friday in a pre-Christmas festive atmosphere. Richard Adler compered, and together with Sam Geneen, transformed the competitive spirit between the CEOs of UKs leading asset finance companies into cash, offering a range of great prizes including some gastronomic feasts organised by Irini. Sadly nothing that fitted a publisher’s budget! Hal Cruttenden, the stand-up comedian added generally to the festivities. Great food and a worthy cause.
