Keyloop partners with Kortical to boost dealers’ finance renewals

Keyloop, a provider of automotive retail solutions, has announced a five-year partnership with artificial intelligence (AI) specialist Kortical, in a move set to transform finance renewals across the UK’s motor retail sector.

The agreement will see Kortical’s AI-driven technology integrated into Keyloop’s customer retention software, enabling retailers to identify and target customers most likely to renew their finance agreements. Early adopters of the system have already reported an average 7.1% uplift in overall finance renewal rates.

Kortical, which has spent the past five years developing motor finance retention solutions, brings unique expertise to the collaboration. Its platform generates over one billion buyer propensity predictions annually, analysing customer data, online behaviours and wider market trends. These insights allow dealership sales teams to focus outreach on high-value leads, reducing wasted effort and minimising “lead burn.”

Retailers will also benefit from real-time campaign performance tracking via Keyloop’s digital dashboards, powered by Kortical analysis. This functionality allows sales managers to refine strategies as campaigns progress, for example, by identifying customers with the highest likelihood of switching to an electric vehicle (EV).
