New Leaf Search is partnering with a leading Asset Finance organisation in its search for a Senior Account Manager, Office Equipment.

This is a field based sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with resellers across the Office Equipment and Vending markets. You will be responsible for maximising new business volumes and profitability from existing relationships while proactively identifying and winning new reseller partnerships.

The role requires a highly commercial, relationship led sales professional who is comfortable spending significant time in the field, regularly visiting dealers, partners and customers across the territory.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise growth and profitability across allocated reseller relationships.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing introductory sources.
• Prospect for and develop new reseller and partner relationships.
• Present commercially viable Asset Finance solutions to resellers and their customers.
• Conduct regular business reviews covering profitability, performance and new business opportunities.
• Provide regular face to face support and training to reseller partners.
• Proactively manage pipeline opportunities alongside internal teams.
• Provide accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining appropriate margins.
• Develop a strong understanding of market offerings and implement targeted plans for growth.
• Achieve agreed new business volume, profitability and margin objectives.

Person Specification:

• Previous external sales experience within Technology Leasing or Asset Finance preferred.
• Experience developing and managing reseller or introductory source relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales focus.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Good knowledge of documentation, pricing and deal structuring.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, tenacious and proactive approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and deliver against demanding sales objectives.
• A strong team player, comfortable regularly visiting dealers and customers.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
