The milestone reflects growing adoption of digital motor finance solutions across dealerships, manufacturers and other finance introducers, alongside new business secured by iVendi. James Tew, CEO of iVendi, said the record performance was primarily driven by a longer-term shift towards digital finance technology, enabling dealers to match customers with suitable funding options more efficiently. “This is really the result of a long-term trend where increasing numbers of dealers, manufacturers and other introducers are realising the potential of the technology now available. Vehicle buyers can now be matched more quickly and easily to an effective solution to their needs than ever before, both online and in the showroom. “As a result, motor finance penetration is being driven substantially higher, meaning a better experience for consumers, and higher profitability and increased compliance for vehicle retailers and lenders.” September also saw record usage of two recently launched iVendi products: Finance Navigator, its motor finance comparison tool, and iVendi Pay, its dealer payment system. Both solutions were introduced within the past year as part of the company’s strategy to simplify the vehicle purchasing process and improve the integration of finance and payment services. Tew added: “Our strategy is based on resolving key pain points within the buying journey for both dealers and vehicle buyers, and the new solutions we create are seeing higher levels of use on a month-by-month basis.” Lisa Laverick Editor - Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories NewsElement expands Waymo partnership ahead of Canadian launch NewsFleet Alliance appointed to manage Royal London’s car schemes NewsUK-EU summit must safeguard auto trade and investment, warns SMMT Auto Finance
