Investec Asset Finance enhances HNW hire purchase proposition

Investec Asset Finance (IAF) has announced enhancements to its High Net Worth (HNW) Hire Purchase proposition, introducing greater flexibility around balloon structures and transparent early settlement terms for qualifying clients.

The updated proposition, launched during the business’s 20th anniversary year, is designed to support eligible high-net-worth individuals who choose to enter into an unregulated agreement and aims to provide brokers with a clearer and more flexible funding solution for high-value vehicle purchases.

While HNW finance remains a specialist area within the wider asset finance market, Investec said the proposition has been shaped in response to broker demand for a lender capable of combining specialist expertise with a consistent and client-focused service experience.

Under the enhanced offering, Investec Asset Finance will be able to support larger balloon positions than are typically available under its broader asset finance policy, alongside clearer early settlement terms intended to provide greater certainty for both brokers and clients from the outset.
