Industry leader Ian Isaac joins IAA-Advisory as Director

IAA-Advisory, a consultancy in the leasing and asset finance sector, has appointed Ian Isaac as Director. A highly respected figure in UK asset finance, Isaac brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the firm as it continues to expand its strategic capabilities and client impact.

Isaac recently stepped down from his role as Managing Director of Lombard, the UK’s largest asset finance provider and part of the NatWest Group. Over his distinguished career, he has become known for driving innovation and customer-centric strategies that empowered businesses – from start-ups to multinational corporations – to access the finance needed for sustainable growth.

Recognised for his contributions to the industry, Isaac was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award by Asset Finance Connect in 2024. His retirement from Lombard has not slowed his influence; he was named Chairman of JCB Finance Ltd earlier this year, further cementing his position as a key voice in the equipment finance space.
