Corporate Member Brokers News Haydock Finance announces Q4 winners in broker quality assurance awards Published: 18th March 2026 Share Haydock Finance has announced the latest winners of its broker PADTP quality-assurance awards for the fourth quarter of 2025, recognising introducer partners who have demonstrated improvements in proposal quality and lending performance. The awards are based on Haydock’s PADTP performance framework, which measures proposal accuracy, approval rates, decline rates, take-up rates and payout accuracy. The initiative is designed to encourage higher-quality submissions from brokers and improve efficiency for both introducers and their SME clients. The Q4 2025 winners were Ethos Asset Finance, HH Business Finance, Breadalbane Corporate Solutions, and Anglo Scottish Finance Prestige Cars. Nova Business Finance and Absolute Business Finance were named as highly commended brokers for the quarter. Haydock said the programme has contributed to improvements across several key performance indicators through broker training and closer collaboration with introducers. According to the lender, approval rates increased by 10% following additional training on product offerings and lending criteria. At the same time, decline rates fell by 13% after the company introduced clearer deal feedback and targeted education for introducers. The company also reported improvements in payout accuracy, with a focus on “right first time” submissions leading to a 37.5% increase in payout quality. This was supported by simplified documentation and the introduction of new training guides for brokers. Andrea O’Brien, head of broker sales at Haydock Finance, said the initiative had demonstrated the value of closer engagement between lenders and introducers. “Reflecting on our 2025 results for the PADTP Quality Improvement Initiative, we have demonstrated that while volume is a key metric, collaborative engagement with our introducers is what truly transforms the customer journey,” she said. “The improvements across our three performance pillars ensure we continue to deliver good customer outcomes through education and partnerships with our introducers, and will remain a key target for 2026.” Corporate Member Haydock Finance Haydock Finance is a business finance specialist who has been supporting UK SME growth for over 40 years.
