Haydock Finance announces Q2 2025 quality focus award winners

Haydock Finance has revealed the winners and highly commended recipients of its Q2 2025 PADTP Quality Assurance Recognition Awards, celebrating broker partners who have excelled in delivering quality proposals and enhancing client service.

Earlier this year, Haydock launched a quality assurance initiative designed to improve service delivery and support broker partners in meeting client expectations. The programme focuses on five key performance metrics: Proposal Accuracy, Approval Rate, Decline Rate, Take-Up Rate, and Payout Accuracy.
