Global Vehicle Group acquires Fleet Alliance

Global Vehicle Group (GVG) has announced that it has acquired Fleet Alliance, the Glasgow based SME-focused leasing broker and fleet management business.

Fleet Alliance joins the other GVG companies: Global Vans, XLCR and LCV Group and together they become the largest and most diverse B2B leasing broker in the UK.

The combined business now offers full B2B market coverage across cars and vans, supporting individual customers right through to fleets in excess of 1,000 vehicles with full fleet management expertise.

The enlarged business will have annual volumes of around 18,000 units and an aggregate fleet size of over 70,000 vehicles with a total funded value of over £2.5bn.

Whilst there will be clear benefits of combining the resources of the Group companies, each business will continue to operate independently with their own management teams and brand identities.
