Finance Education Centre marks milestone year of growth and impact

The Finance Education Centre (FEC) is marking a milestone year of expansion, having significantly strengthened its role as a training provider in the asset and commercial finance sectors. Over the past 12 months, the Centre has trained more than 150 professionals through its acclaimed Broker Academy and a growing range of bespoke in-house programmes.

This year’s achievements reflect the FEC’s commitment to addressing the evolving needs of the finance industry and empowering professionals with practical, sector-relevant skills. Among the Centre’s key milestones:

• Two Broker Academy cohorts successfully graduated with honours.
• Academy 8 – the latest intake of FEC’s flagship programme – launches in July, continuing its reputation as a nationally respected training initiative.
• New course offerings were introduced, including a Credit Skills Pathway and a Management & Leadership programme, developed in response to emerging training demands.
• Building on the success of its Asset Broker Academy, FEC has launched a dedicated Academy for the commercial sector, expanding its reach and relevance.
• The Centre welcomed three new expert trainers, each bringing a wealth of finance industry knowledge to enhance the learning experience.
• A landmark training contract with a major UK high street bank was secured, reinforcing FEC’s standing as a trusted and impactful provider.

FEC’s success has been driven by close partnerships with major funders and industry leaders, ensuring training remains grounded in real challenges and designed for meaningful application.
